When you eat somewhere like Capital grille you hope to be wowed by the food and this was definitely a wow experience. Starting from the bread that was brought to the table, we loved the focaccia from the bread basket. Each drink we had was great, balanced and not too sweet. The lobster and crab cake was phenomenal with an excellent sauce paired and really meaty seafood bites. The asparagus and Brussel sprouts both paired well with the rest of the meal we ordered and had subtle but complimentary elements that made them shine. The Parmesan truffle fries and the porcini crusted ribeye were a lovely combo. The ribeye was cooked beautifully medium rare and each bite was blast of flavor. We were so full we had to skip dessert!

My boyfriend and I shared our 1 year anniversary here. The staff placed our table with hearts and gave us complimentary champagne and dessert labeled “Congratulations”. We felt more than welcome and loved here. Not to mention the food was exquisite and worth every penny.

This restaurant holds itself to a level of service and cuisine that is unfortunately rare these days. The service team moves with grace and military-like precision (we adore Ardy, who is one of the best we've had anywhere in the world), and the food is consistently superb. We also appreciate that incredible servers like Ardy are educated about the wines and cocktails and can provide a recommendation for anyone, including some unexpected ideas like pairing Pinot Noir with a burger or seafood. My only suggestion would be that Capital Grille consider creating a few more vegan options that still feel like a fine steak restaurant meal, such as an "impossible burger" with vegan cheese, or a cauliflower steak.

The food was just ok. I ordered my steaks well done, and it came out crispy on the bottom. The lobster was lukewarm. The drinks are really good, though. I would go back another time to see if I have a better experience with the food. Make reservations if you plan on going here.

Went here for Valentine's Day. Food came out promptly and tasted delicious. Had a 930pm and even though the restaurant closed at 10pm, didn't feel rushed. Must get the lobster macaroni and cheese if you have never tried it. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience.

Hands down the best restaurant service I’ve ever experienced. This staff is professional, kind, and go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your time and meal. Cameron was our waiter and is easily the best waiter I’ve ever had. He made my friends birthday very special, easy, and made sure the table got food that they enjoyed. Plus the lamb with the wine reduction sauce was 10/10! My drink was also amazing. They cut our birthday cake as well at no extra charge, and wrapped it up for us! Valet is convenient and only $5. Definitely returning!

My wife and I came here for our third anniversary (hold your applause, please!!) and we had an excellent time. We arrived and were immediately flustered by the fact that there is no parking. There's a valet service at the front and if you end up stopping your car up there, they're liable just to jump in and drive it away anyway. Valet is $5 and was actually pretty convenient, so not a big deal. However, I found out after we sat down that there's also parking around the back of the building if you didn't want to pay for valet. Nevertheless, the valet drove off with our car and we entered into the restaurant. When you first walk in, the hostess booth is on the right and there's a large bar area on the left. We were told that the bar addition is new and it's a pretty nice spot. We, however, were taking into the dining area and were given a nice spot. Our water was given to us almost instantly and our waiter was just a few minutes behind that. Guy (that was his name) was excellent the whole time. He was incredibly friendly, helpful in talking us through the menu and was attentive throughout the night. One the things that was most impressive to us was the quality of the service that we received. My wife and I don't scream wealth and yet we were treated with courtesy, diligence and kindness the whole night. Our waiter stayed and chatted with us for a bit, the manager stopped by twice to check in on us and Angela also stopped by a few times. They were all incredibly sweet to us. In fact, when we told them that it was our anniversary, Angela threw some confetti onto our table and delivered us a handwritten card congratulating us and Guy brought us free dessert (and some extra to take home to our kids). Free dessert is a staple of this place (they were handing it out to just about everyone), and yet, it was such a nice touch and made us feel very special. The food itself was great. We ordered salmon and a steak and both were excellent for the price. The food isn't cheap, definitely an anniversary/birthday/celebration kind of a restaurant, but they made it well worth our money. We'll definitely be coming back.
